Shipping Information
  • FREE Shipping for all US orders of $65 or more.
  • Expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 Business Days.
  • US based orders are shipped directly from our studio within 24-48 hrs (excluding weekends, holidays, & Summer months) for your convenience and efficiency.
  • Weekend orders are processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Returns Information: 
  • We stand by our 14 day 100% Satisfaction, money back guarantee. Please contact us for returns.
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date the item was shipped. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your return needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return your item.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the item for any defects or damage. We will immediately notify you when the returned item has been inspected and cleared.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), less a 15% re-stocking fee for products that are not deemed defective.

You will receive your credit within 10 business days from the date your return is received. This time frame may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING BACK RETURNS

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs required to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

EXCHANGES

Once you have placed an order and received the items you purchased, no product exchanges are accepted.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Orders placed before 11:30 AM (CST) Monday thru Friday (not including holidays) will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM (CST) will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed Saturday thru Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed during Summer months and extreme heat advisory will ship Monday - Wednesday. All orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week.

Deliveries are made to the designated shipping address by UPS on week days (Monday thru Friday).

Expedited shipping

(including, but not limited to, UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air) Expedited shipping is based on the order day and time.

For example, an order placed on Thursday at 10:00 AM (CST) via UPS Next Day Air will ship on Thursday and will be delivered on Friday.

An order placed on Thursday at 12:00 PM (CST) via UPS Next Day Air will ship on Friday and will be delivered the following Monday.
